The ABC Club is an exclusive, invitation-only networking forum founded in 1996 by property professionals to explore emerging opportunities in tourism, property and related sectors. Meeting three to four times a year, it brings together senior decision-makers from across finance, design, construction, and development in an informal setting that fosters meaningful connections and new opportunities.

Our History
The ABC was established at MIPIM in 1996 by a small group of forward-thinking property professionals. During informal discussions, they identified emerging opportunities in the tourism sector within counties where such markets were virtually nonexistent.
Motivated by a shared vision of collaboration, the founding members agreed to meet regularly in London. These early gatherings laid the foundation for what would become ABC Networking—an exclusive forum dedicated to fostering professional relationships and exchanging ideas. Over time, it has evolved into the distinguished and respected event it is today.
Format
ABC Networking has grown into a well-regarded, invitation-only forum that convenes three to four times per year. Each event is carefully curated to ensure a balanced mix of senior decision-makers from across the property and related industries.
Maintaining its entrepreneurial spirit, the ABC is now hosted by a group of established and well-connected professionals. Guests typically represent key sectors such as Finance, Design, Construction, and Development.
Events are deliberately informal, creating a relaxed environment that encourages meaningful conversations, the renewal of long-standing relationships, and the cultivation of new business opportunities.
